About ScholarIQ
ScholarIQ turns public research metadata into pages you can browse: a paper, the people who wrote it, the journal it ran in, the institutions behind it, and the topic it belongs to — each one linked to the others.
What this site is
Scholarly metadata is public, but it is hard to move through. Finding a researcher's output means one search; finding the institutions behind a topic means another; joining the two means doing it yourself. ScholarIQ publishes the join: every record links to the records around it, so you can start anywhere and follow the graph.
Each page is generated from structured data, not written by hand. That is why the figures on a page are plain counts with no commentary — they are what the source data says, and nothing has been rounded up or inferred.
What is published right now
199,898 entity pages across 7 collections:

This is a subset of the underlying corpus, not all of it — the published set is deliberately smaller than what we hold. Methodology explains how records are selected, and Sources covers where they come from and how they are licensed.
Who runs it
ScholarIQ is a product of PICO Portal. The tool itself — asking questions across the literature and getting answers with citations — lives at scholariq.app. This site is the public, free reference layer around it: no account, no paywall, nothing to sign up for.
Corrections
Records here mirror their upstream sources, so an error on a page is usually an error upstream — and fixing it there fixes it everywhere. Where the mistake is ours, tell us and we will correct it: get in touch.
