ScholarIQ is an AI research assistant. This site is the public reference layer: papers, researchers, journals and institutions. The tool takes a question through five steps and keeps every claim tied to a source you can open.
Five steps
The steps are the same whether the review takes a week or a year. ScholarIQ does not replace the protocol. It keeps the record.
- Frame the question. Name the people, the action, and the outcome. How to write a research question.
- Search. Run the question against OpenAlex, ORCID and PubMed, or upload a file from a database you already searched. How to write a search strategy.
- Screen. You include or exclude. The record stores your name, the time, the reason, and the passage. ScholarIQ does not score a second reviewer.
- Extract. Capture the fields you named, from the text you uploaded. ScholarIQ does not fetch a paywalled PDF.
- Report. A cited answer and an export. Every claim points at a source. How to write a literature review.
Why traceability is the point
An answer you cannot check is not evidence. ScholarIQ's summaries and extractions stay attached to the article they were drawn from, so a reviewer can follow any claim back to its source — which is also what makes the output defensible to somebody who was not in the room when it was produced.
That is the same standard this site holds itself to: every figure on it is derived from the published corpus rather than written down by hand.
What this site adds
The atlas on this domain currently publishes 326,863 pages of public research metadata, cross-linked so you can move from a paper to its authors, their institutions, the journal and the topic without a search box.
- Topics — the subject areas the literature is organised into.
- Papers — individual articles, with authors, journal and citation counts.
- Researchers — who publishes in an area, and where.
- Institutions and journals — the institutions and venues behind the work.
The atlas is free and needs no account. It does not publish a Clarivate Impact Factor. A blank figure is unknown, not zero. Methodology states what each count means.
