ScholarIQ has three plans and a free trial. Projects are unlimited on every one of them — the difference is how many people work in it and how much support comes with it.

What the trial does and does not include

The trial is a real working account rather than a demo, but it is deliberately narrower than a paid plan:

  • Fourteen days, single user.
  • Up to 10,000 articles. Unlimited projects within that.
  • Restricted access to the AI query engine, and limited access to risk-of-bias, data extraction and dedicated support.
  • An institutional email address is required to create the account, and some locations are excluded.

Larger reviews

PICO Portal is the enterprise platform behind ScholarIQ, sold as an annual subscription with unlimited projects, citations and collaborators, and with certified systematic-review methodologists available as a managed service. It is priced per organisation, so there is no list price to quote — get in touch.
